From Villa Can Mar you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the open sea and the natural spectacle of the west of the island - the legendary Ibiza sunsets!
In a 15 min. Walk is the beach of Cala Comte and Cala Conta even within walking distance!
Reside on a 16.500 m2 property directly to the sea in a tastefully furnished retro style villa. Relax on the large pool terrace with BBQ and outdoor shower and in a patio with a covered dining area. All rooms are facing the sea.
The villa is built on 2 floors and has in the upper area a master bedroom with large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet en suite.
In addition to the very bright and spacious living room with open fireplace, guest toilet, there is a dining room with American kitchen and breakfast terrace.
On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet en suite.
Another bedroom with 2 single beds is located on the lower floor. Again, you can enjoy the sea view from all rooms.

Great Property. Amazing View and Location.

Had a great time. This is a great pad. Only difficulty was taxis dont come to the house. And sometimes theres a dodgy smell from a cesspit or something. Other than that it was epic. Loved it.
