This country house, which was acquired in 2018, has been completely redesigned and built with modern comfort according to Central European standards. New modern furnishing elements are stylishly combined with antique pieces of furniture and Sardinian photographs. Feel at home in this fully equipped house.

Far enough from the village to enjoy absolute tranquility in the very large garden, but close enough to find everything for daily needs and a restaurant within two minutes by car in Bassacutena.

The optimal location of the house gives you the opportunity to be within 15 km of the most beautiful beaches of Porto Pollo and Palau (beginning of the Costa Smeralda), but also to get to the bays of Rena Majore. From here it is only a few km to Santa Teresa. Olbia can be reached in 45 minutes by car.

Casa comoda, pulita e spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. TV nuovo con digitale terrestre funzionante. Super Adriana e Antonello che vi accoglieranno all'arrivo. Albe e tramonti mozzafiato da immortalare con foto a volontà!!! Buone vacanze in un posto da sogno.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im traumhaften Haus

Wir haben das La Piana als 3- Generationen Familie gebucht mit Grosselternpaar, Elternpaar und 2 Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre alt). Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer war perfekt für uns. Das Haus selber ist absolut traumhaft. Es liegt auf einem Hügel mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Sehr geschmackvoll möbliert mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Brotmesser/grosses scharfes Messer wäre noch hinzuzufügen. Sonst blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das haben wir so perfekt noch nie erlebt. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Angefangen von den übermittelten Informationen wie Infoblätter und einem Erklärungsvideo über die Betreuung/Nachfrage während des Aufenthaltes bis zur nach Abreise Kommunikation war das einfach unglaublich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen vielen Dank und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne 100% weiter.

Traumhaus

Das Haus ist ein Traum und wirklich so wie im Inserat dargestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herrliche Blick aber auch die Weitläufigkeit . Eine sehr große Terrasse steht zur Verfügung, die Räume alle groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts sowohl in der Küche wie auch im Bad. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine alles mit entsprechendem Pulver etc ausgerüstet. Zur Begrüßung stand Wein, Wasser und sogar Kaffee bereit. Die Besitzer haben sich Gedanken gemacht, es den Gästen komfortabel und angenehm zu machen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten konnten wir nicht alle " abarbeiten", das Haus lud oft zum Bleiben ein. Der Blick sowohl am Tag wie auch im Dunkeln auf die Lichter im Tal einmalig. Das Haus ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.

An amazing, relaxing week in paradise

Wonderful family stay at la Piana, which is lovely location. It is hard to describe the natural attraction of this villa, appointed with great care and detail, providing excellent accommodation. Indoor the rooms and decor are beautiful and detailed, and outdoors spaces well appointed and are a delight to relax or dine. We found the approach to the villa quite easy and came and went on trips daily. Local restaurant favorite was Gli Ulivi.

Lovely villa, stunning views, relaxing and clean

It is such a beautiful and special place. The house is phantastic, very nice, everything there, far away from any mass tourism. Andronello the landlord is very friendly. All in all it was a perfect stay!
