Stazzo Chivoni is 15 km only from the sea: you may choose between large, unspoilt and almost empty beaches of the western coast, water sports paradise where you can try wind and kite sufing, diving and sailing (Porto Pollo and Palau) or the exclusive and fashionable beaches of Costa Smeralda at east. Corsica and the amazing islands of Archipelago of Maddalena, few kilometres north, are also easily reachable by boat.
Those who like diving will enjoy the extraordinary sea beds of the lunarlike headland of Capo Testa (diving centers in Santa Teresa).

Stazzo Chivoni is an independent cottage dating to the end of 19th century where up to five people may find comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by 2 hectares of ground, the place offers quiet and silence and has a very nice view of the surrounding hills and the village of Luogosanto (5 km away).
Thanks to its thick granite walls the house is fresh even in the heat of summer. Its rooms are simply furnished but comfortable and tastefully decorated. The dining room has filled bookshelves and a fireplace. The two bedrooms, one double and one triple, are spacious and functional. The fitted kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has one shower and a washing machine.
Outside the house you will find the veranda with table and chairs, as well as a relax zone with hammock and a plane solar shower to take full advantage of the natural surroundings!
In the garden, easy to climb rocks offer exciting entertainment to the children.

For kitesurfing and windsurfing Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani are a real paradise!

Lovers of trekking may enjoy the uncommon, moon-like rocky environment of Capo Testa and Moon Valley and also the Pulchiana monolith and Mount Limbara.

Genuine, typical food abounds at rural fetes (in the old days the only events for the inhabitants of the region to congregate) and in the more traditional agriturisms.

Some events not to be missed: 'Musica sulle Bocche' (music on the Strait) at Santa Teresa di Gallura with concerts by the sea from sunrise to sunset; 'Time in Jazz' with Paolo Fresu at Berchidda and the Aglientu Summer Festival.

Marzia nous a accueilli avec une chaleur, une bonne humeur et une bienveillance touchantes. La maison ? Un bout du monde idéal, un grand terrain, une vue magnifique, des arbres centenaires...au milieu de nulle part et la quiétude qui va avec. La bergerie ? Une vraie maison de campagne jusque dans ses moindres détails. On est ici à l'opposé de la location de vacances standardisée, aseptisée, calculée à l'économie. La belle personnalité de Marzia se retrouve dans sa maison. Il ne vous reste qu'à vous de passer un séjour formidable à la hauteur de ce lieu rare.

Ruhezone mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Liebe Marzia, du hast uns einen unvergeßlichen Aufenthalt in deinem Stazzo bereitet. Ein perfekter Ort um abzuschalten, ruhig gelegen in den Bergen, ein toller Ausgangsort für Erkundigungen und Ausflüge in den Norden ( z.B. S.Teresa, Palau, La Maddalena,Arzachena, Tempio P). Strände an der Costa Paradiso waren gut zu erreichen. Luagosanto als nächster Ort zur Nahversorgung hat seinen besonderen Charme. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet bzw. gestaltet. Dank der dicken Mauern und der tollen Fensterläden, konnten die Räume auch bei starker Hitze angenehm kühl gehalten werden. Toll ist auch die Hängematte unter dem Olivenbaum. Marzia, du warst immer für uns erreichbar und hast bei kleinen Problemchen gut geholfen. Alles Gute, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe location pour les amoureux de nature

Très jolie maison vaste et rénovée avec goût. L'environnement est superbe. La cuisine est bien équipée, quelques produits de base dans les placards. En plus des conseils précieux de Leo et Marzia, vous trouverez une documentation fournie sur les plages et les lieux à visiter avec une description précise des itinéraires par des petites routes qui ne sont souvent pas sur les cartes. Suivant vos goûts, vous trouverez de très belles plages dans un rayon de 15 à 20 km, certaines équipées et d'autres totalement vierges et très peu fréquentées (séjour fin juillet). N'oubliez pas la visite au plus vieil arbre européen, un olivier de 4000 ans et son petit frère de 2500 ans, impressionnant! Un très bel endroit pour séjourner et rayonner dans cette partie Nord-Ouest de la Gallura vraiment magnifique et peu abimée par le tourisme. A recommander sans modération! Merci Leo et Marzia pour votre accueil, nous espérons bien revenir!

Very nice Vacation

Stazzo Chivoni is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place a bit off the beaches. The house is spacious, clean and equipped with all things necessary for a relaxing stay. The view is fantastic and for townspeople it is nice to experience local wildlife and utter darkness at night. There is also a lot of information about local markets, trips and other interesting spots one might want to visit and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is a good starting point for excursions in the north because the driving doesn’t take very long. We really enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend the house and the location.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön inmitten einer Kulturlandschaft. Es war sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus an alle weiter, die Natur und Ruhe lieben. Im Haus gibt es gute Informationen zu Stränden, Restaurants, lokalen Märkten usw.

Entspannung pur im alten Landhaus

Wir verbrachten Ende September / Anfang Oktober 9 wunderschöne Tage im Stazzo Chivoni. Das Wetter war perfekt für Ausflüge und auch noch zum Baden optimal! Die Gastfreundschaft und Informationen von Leo und Marcia sind top - jeder Ausflug eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir erkundeten Nordsardinien mit dem Miet-PKW (Upgrade von sicilybycar auf SUV war natürlich top da Schotterstraßen oft recht ausgewaschen) und liegen wirklich alle Ausflugsziele max. 30 km entfernt. Das alte Haus liegt schon recht abgelegen - keine Nachbarn dafür wunderschöne Ausblicke, insbesondere vom privaten Aussichtsfelsen. Eine verträumte Ortschaft mit Lebensmittelgeschäft, sehr gutem Lokal und Trinkwasserleitung zur allgemeinen Benützung ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Die Sauberkeit war für so ein altes Haus auch in Ordnung. Einzig mehr Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse bzw neue Liegestühle wären eine Empfehlung für die Zukunft. Wäre die Terrasse so liebevoll dekoriert wie der Wohnbereich wäre alles perfektest gewesen - sehr schön war es auf alle Fälle und würden wir auch wieder das Stazzo Chivoni buchen!!! Man glaubt garnicht wie schön es einmal ein paar Tage ohne Internet / TV sein kann... ;-)

Vacances idéales

Excellente location dans une maison typique, fort bien rénovée, très propre et très facile à entretenir. La région est très variée, proche de plages mais aussi riche de sites intéressants. Les propriétaires qui parlent français sont d'une aide précieuse mais tous les habitants sont très accueillants et très sympathiques ! Bref, on passe là de très belles vacances en famille !

"Das Haus ist gut ausgest...

"Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Die Aussicht von der Terasse auf die Berge ist super. Da das Haus recht einsam gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig und abends kommen diverse Tiere zu Besuch (Fuchs, Katze, Gecko, etc.). Die Vermieter sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt u.a. etliche Insidertips von ihnen, die in keinem Reiseführer stehen und die man selbst nie finden würde. Das Grundstück ist riesig und mit Hägematte und Kletterfelsen (von da ist die Aussicht noch besser) auch für Kinder ein Paradies. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren!"

"Une précieuse adresse que nous conseillons vivement à qui souhaite passer d''inoubliables vacances. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, de soin, elle est extrêmement bien située, avec une vue saisissante sur Luogosanto. Les propriétaires (aux multiples talents) sont très attentionnés et de fort bonne compagnie. Une mention spéciale pour la bibliothèque internationale mise à disposition, au coin de la cheminée du salon... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour."

"Logement spacieux ( nous...

"Logement spacieux ( nous étions 5), sympathique, propriètaires accueillants et souples sur les horaires. La maison a été rénovée assez récemment. L''emplacement est très isolé à la campagne avec une jolie vue. Bien sur en été le gazon vert des photos a disparu. Seul petit bémol : une cuisinière avec laquelle il faut être très prudent en présence d''enfants car les casseroles peuvent facilement en tomber."
