Had a great time staying here Wednesday to Friday in June 2024. Property was pretty much as advertised and slept us all comfortably.
Condition of the property wasn't quite identical to the listing, but the property was more than adequate. Couple of issues with the property that we made the rental company aware of: Dining table was starting to fail, towel bar in master bath wasn't mounted well, and there was hole in the master bedroom wall. None of these issue hampered our stay that much; we made the owner aware and they communicated back and the hopes are they will be fixed for future renters.
We loved the location and proximity to the beach and everything around it. Short golf cart ride to the beach.
The mosquitoes were pretty bad, but wearing spray got us around that issue. Learned to bring a high-powered fan next time to combat that. We really liked staying here and would stay here again gladly.
We recently stayed at your property over the Memorial Day weekend (May 23–May 25), and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to several unacceptable conditions upon arrival and throughout the stay. The property was clearly not prepared for guests—it appeared lived-in, with used towels, unsanitary surfaces, and a general lack of cleanliness. In addition to this, we encountered the following serious issues: • Presence of bugs and mold throughout the home, creating an unhealthy environment. • No functioning air conditioning upon arrival, despite outdoor temperatures exceeding 90F. • Non-functioning lights in the downstairs area and a non-working fire pit on the balcony. • Dirty, crusted pans and cookware that were entirely unusable. • Broken ice machine, a refrigerator that smelled strongly of something sour, and a lack of basic toiletries, including empty or missing soap dispensers. While we appreciate that we were able to reach the property manager and that temporary window AC units were provided, as well as the offer of a refund if we vacated, we were unable to find alternative accommodations due to the high demand and inflated prices over the holiday weekend. As such, we had no reasonable option but to remain in uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions.

You arrived, the Split unit was out, the Window units were working. Maintenance had been there 2 days prior, turned down the unit for guest, he reported everything was clean with all supplies available for the guests arrival, I saw the supplies and saw your guest had used the bathrooms upon arrival. When you reported the split unit we immediately went into action and had an AC tech out and got the home back up and running. The ice machines line is not hooked up and the laminated sign stated this, regardless we brought you a cooler with ice. You continued to complain that you found a dead bug on the floor. I offered you a full refund, you then said your guest could stay somewhere else and you and your friend would stay there with the refund. I said we can't do that but I had a 1 bedroom home that you could receive a full refund and go there for $300 rent for Memorial weekend. You said everything's fine, you would stay and upon check out asked for a full refund. You had options.
