Delightful holiday home in quite location only 5 mins from Kenmare

Located within a group of quite houses on the edge of Kenmare town. Only short walk to the town centre for shopping, coffee or dinner without needing a taxi!
Being part of the Wild Atlantic Way the area offers great seaside locations, mountain hikes, woodland walks and extensive views

The house has 3 bedrooms, however occupancy is requested to 4 guests max but this is flexible for families with 2 adults and 3 children. A foldaway bed is also available.

For evenings in, the house has a smart TV with a range of channels including Sky News, Netflix , YouTube and other apps. This is strictly a non-smoking house.

A relaxing patio and garden with table and chairs. Great for sunny breakfasts or evening BBQ. Guests are requested to observe a quiet time curfew of 22.30 in respect for neighbouring properties.

Outside, offers off-street parking. There is a green space area abounding the property. The view to the front of the property includes delightful sunsets over the hills. With farm field views to the rear of the house.

Kerry Kenmare Cottage

The house was perfect for our first family holiday with our 7 month old. The attention to detail with high chairs, baby plates and cutlery etc. was exceptional. The owner really made it a home from home. Thank you for our stay Mai.

Une belle expérience

La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Il y a un beau jardin. Mai, la proprietaire, nous a accueillis elle-même et donné des idées pour notre séjour. Il y a de belles balades à pied à faire aux alentours, et quelques pubs dans Kenmare : on en a testé 2 où nous avons bien mang.

Wonderful base to explore Kerry

This was a beautifully presented property. Real home from home (although a lot tidier and nicer than ours...!). Had everything you needed in the house, plus a nice sunny garden, parking right by the door, nice quiet neighbourhood. Gentle 20-minute walk into Kenmare, which is a pretty town with lots going on. Great base to explore the neighboring national parks, coast, lakes... lots to do. Mai was a great host and quick to respond to any messages. She made us feel very welcome. Would come again!

Excellent property in a lovely town

We can't rate this property and the owner highly enough. Great communication beforehand and when we arrived there was a welcome gift which was lovely. The house was spotless, lots of room, lovely living area and pretty garden. It was at the end of a row, with plenty of room for parking and space for the children to play safely outside. Very handy to the local town and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Mai's Kenmare Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Mai's house in Kenmare. It was a perfect place for our family to be able to visit the sights in Kerry and beyond. The house easily accommodated our family. It was well kept and Mai responded quickly to any request. We would definitely stay there again.
