"Quartier Hohe Geest 21" in our newly built, modern apartment with sauna, apartment-own underground parking and only 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach in Sahlenburg!

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 2 people, each additional person pays an additional bed charge per night.
Tourist tax is applied.
Bath and bed linen can be ordered upon request.
A deposit of 100,00 € is due before arrival.
Electricity / water / heating are included.

To experience unforgettable days, you can set up and feel good on 68 m². The modern and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

From the afternoon, enjoy the sun and the side sea view on our balcony with awning. In the open dining area you can spend cozy evenings with board games or a glass of wine. After a day full of variety, treat yourself to a relaxing break in the apartment sauna.

The bedroom scores with a cozy box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains. Two additional guests can comfortably sleep on the high quality sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm). Again blackout curtains are available.

The apartment can be booked for a maximum of 4 persons and 1 infant up to 3 years. A baby travel bed including mattress is available free of charge in the apartment.

In addition to washing machine and dryer in the apartment also an iron and ironing board are available.

The apartment-own cellar space offers space for bicycles and carts and can be reached comfortably over the elevator

The beach can be reached in about 400 meters on foot. Here is a free beach chair waiting for you.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung, die eigentlich Alles hat was man braucht. Ich würde mir fürs nächste Mal eine Auflaufform und eine Wasserkaraffe wünschen. Die Sauna lässt sich wunderbar an kalten Tagen nutzen und man ist schnell am Strand. Da sehr wenig los war, hatten wir die Ruhe die wir suchten.

Tolle Wohnung und alles perfekt..nur die Matratze in der Schlafcouch hätte wohl besser eine Auflage gebraucht...oder eine gründliche Reinigung...und eine einfache Bedienungsanleitung für die Sauna wäre schön gewesen..so habe ich eine halbe Stunde gebraucht das Teil anzustellen...Handtuchhalter in der Küche wären auch toll...aber alles klagen auf hohem Niveau...beste Lage , beste Ausstattung...würde ich sofort wieder buchen

Eine schöne Wohnung. Leider war der Boden der Wohnung sehr dreckig. Abends nach Ausflug steckte dann ein passender Schlüssel im Schloss. Putzfrau hatte sich angeblich die Wohnung verwechselt und dann schlüsselstevken lasden.

Die Wohnung ist topp. Es fehlt an nichts. Ausstattung üppig. In den Betten schläft man fast wie zu Hause. Und das Beste ist die Sauna. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für Zwei. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem, was man so braucht. Leider war das Wetter nicht dazu angetan, die Terrasse nutzen zu können. Nach ein wenig Probieren, ist es uns gelungen, auch die sehr schöne Sauna in Betrieb zu nehmen. Leider war das Licht über der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche ausser Funktion. Insgesamt könnte das Wohnzimmer noch eine zusätzliche, kleine Lichtquelle vertragen. Auch wäre es schön, wenn in der Dusche eine Ablage für Seife und Shampoo wäre. Trotzdessen, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Zu viele Emails und unnötig komplizierte Kommunikation. Dennoch eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber…

Obwohl wir wenig Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir doch einige schöne Ecken entdecken. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist wirklich ein Traum und wir hätten uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn nicht unsere E-Bikes aus dem abgeschlossenen Kellerraum gestohlen worden wären. Es gibt in dem Haus eine Schließanlage, so dass der Wohnungsschlüssel gleichzeitig der Haustür- und Kellerschlüssel und auch der Schlüssel zu allen anderen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumlichkeiten ist. Die Fahrräder wurden wie gesagt aus dem wohnungseigenen Kellerraum gestohlen und die Polizei vermutete, da es keinerlei Einbruchspuren gab, dass der Dieb/die Diebe wohl einen Schlüssel hatten, woher auch immer. Somit haben wir uns die restlichen Tage nicht wirklich sicher in der Wohnung gefühlt, da der Schlüssel wie gesagt auch in die Wohnungstür passt. Die Verwaltung wurde informiert, auch der Eigentümer der Wohnung. Wir haben von diesem bislang keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten, da hätten wir wenigstens ein paar Worte des Bedauerns erwartet. Die Anmietung durch fewo-direkt war wirklich unnötig kompliziert, da würden wir uns eine deutliche Entschlackung des Email-Verkehrs wünschen. Alles in allem können wir Sahlenburg empfehlen, die Wohnung von der Ausstattung auch, allerdings ist die Schließanlage nach unserem Erleben nicht sicher und wir würden deshalb auch nicht mehr in dieses Haus fahren.

Moderne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Strand und diverse Restaurants etc. sind in Fußnähe. Der Supermarkt ist gute 2 km entfernt, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist das kein Problem. Nur der Ausblick auf die riesigen Häuserkomplexe ist nicht so schön. Toll ist, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt und man von dort direkt ins Treppenhaus und zum Aufzug kommt. Leider war der Aufzug in den letzten Tagen defekt, so dass wir bei der Abreise das ganze Gepäck die Treppe runter schleppen mussten. Das Bett hat uns leider gar nicht zu gesagt. Generell sind wir keine Fans von Boxspringbetten. Die Matratze oder das was man dafür halten soll war sehr weich und somit unbequem. Außerdem verschieben sich die Dinger im Laufe der Nacht immer. Uns fehlte es an Geschirr und Besteck. Das führte dazu, dass wir täglich eine noch nicht mal halb gefüllte Spülmaschine anmachen mussten.
