We have stayed at Green Palm Villa multiple times over several years. It is always clean and well decorated. We had a small water issue this time and Bucky responded within 15 minutes and had a plumber there within the hour and it was fixed. He offered to move us if it wasn't ok. Best hosts. Already booking again for the holidays.

Loved our stay here. Truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful backyard area. Laundry facilities and use of bikes and beach chairs was so nice. Edward was a great host!

Perfect location for a stay in Downtown town Fort Myers

Location was perfect for reaching down town or an easy ride to Cape Coral.The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Wonderful!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property has lovely landscaping, a hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating. Our apartment was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. Having a washer and dryer available was very nice. The location was convenient for our day trips (parks, Edison and Ford Edison and Ford Estate, MLB spring training,…). Cleo is an exceptional host- friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to inquiries.

Spring Training Visit

Came to Ft Myers for some spring training baseball. Property was convenient to both Twins and Sox parks, a little closer to Twins ballpark. This property was perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the backyard/common area. Would recommend 100%. Thanks for everything!
