Enjoying luxury in holiday home Sea You!

This luxury and modernly designed holiday home is located on the tranquil bungalowpark Horizon in Renesse, on walking distance of the North Sea beach and the centre of Renesse! The house is loved among sun- and sea lovers, but also is an ideal spot for peace seakers.

The house has a spacious and bright living room with a cosy fireplace, adjacent dining area and a modern, open kitchen. There are three royal bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which one with bathroom en suite, and two toilets present in the house. Moreover, there is an infrared sauna in one of the bathrooms where you can fully unwind and relax. Luxury is present here in all possible forms.

The house has a fully enclosed garden. The multiple terraces are provided with a lounge and luxury sunbeds. The roofed terrace has a dining area to enjoy the long, sweet, summer nights.

A unique house on a top location that is definitely worth a visit!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, der Garten ist sehr großzügig (eine Möglichkeit zur Bewässerung wäre gut gewesen). Die Lage und Nähe zum Strand ist optimal :)

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super. Tolle Lage und gute bis sehr gute Ausstattung. Für den hohen Preis habe ich natürlich perfekte Sauberkeit erwartet. Im Detail war dem allerdings nicht so. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist aber: Eine Lademöglichkeit für ein Elektroauto war nicht vorhanden!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage mit einigen Abers

Tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Garten in perfekter Lage! Leider nur mit einigen Einschränkungen weiterzuempfehlen: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus leider nicht sauber! Vom alten Kaffee in der Kaffeemaschine, Staub und Weihnachtsdeko überall, bis zu Zahnpastaspritzern rund um die Wachbecken war alles dabei. Trampolin im Garten zudem leider defekt. Ausstattung der Küche eher minimalistisch. Schade!

Sehr schönes Haus im Grünen

Uns hat das Haus mit dem schönen Grundstück in einer ruhigen Ecke. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen in lauen Sommernächten ein. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, das Bad im Schlafzimmer fanden wir nicht ganz unseres, aber das ist Geschmacksache und es gibt ein zweites. Der Kontakte zur Agentur war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns das Haus fürs nächste Mal gemerkt.

Kurzurlaub in Renesse

Lage des Hauses sehr gut. Einrichtung funktional. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist relativ dunkel und die begehbare Dusche im Schlafzimmer relativ klein. Sehr helles Wohnzimmer und schöner Garten der geschlossen ist. Ideal für Hundebesitzer. Ein besonderer Dank an die Argentur. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in fast perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und für 6 Personen ordentlich ausgestattet. Der große Garten ist auch für größere Hunde gut geeignet und komplett eingezäunt. Der Strand ist in 30 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, der Supermarkt nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher, dazu gibt es im Wohnzimmer einen großen Fernseher mit allen modernen Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Bis hierhin wäre es eine fünf Sterne Bewertung. Deutliche Abzüge gibt es aber für die Sauberkeit, überall Spinnweben, Staub auf allen Ablageflächen. Der Kühlschrank ist falsch eingebaut und hat keine Abluftmöglichkeit wodurch sich der Schrank erhitzt und die Kühlleistung leidet. Die Couch ist an einer Seite kaputt. Unter der Terrasse gibt es eine riesige Ameisen Population. Bei unserer Ankunft konnten außerdem die Türen der oben Räume nicht geschlossen werden und die Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Es war sehr heiß und die kleinen Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, Querlüften ist allerdings möglich, wenn man die Tür offen stehen lässt. Ehrlicherweise alles sehr kleine Mängel, aber zusammen dann doch störend. Die Probleme mit Türen und Beleuchtung wurden allerdings binnen zwei Tagen behoben- ein toller Service! Wir empfehlen das Haus trotz der negativ Punkte weiter, da das Positive am Ende deutlich überwiegt und die Hausverwaltung schnell und gut reagiert.

Sehr schönes Haus

Bei der Anreise lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Verwaltung hat aber sofort reagiert und alles behoben. Die Infrarot Sauna kann man sich schenken, nur strahlungswärme. Sonst ist das Haus top. Super Designer, Klasse Ofen und ruhige gute Lage!

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet, hell und super gelegen. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch der Garten ist sehr groß und uneinsehbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen TV. Schade ist, dass trotz des hohen Mietpreises die Matrazen sehr schlecht sind und keine Grundausstattung (Handtücher / Hygieneartikel) vorhanden ist. Auch sind Haustiere erlaubt, was an Polstern und Kissen deutlich sichtbar war. Wir hatten in Summe einen sehr schönen sonnigen Urlaub in Renesse.
