Experience a vacation like no other at this well-appointed condo mere steps from the beach! Enjoy the convenience of having a foldable crib, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and a beach cart for your daily trips to the beach. If the beach is too packed for you, make sure to visit one of the three swimming pools for a refreshing splash. Can't miss a workout even during your vacation? This complex boasts two well-equipped fitness centers! No matter what your plans for the day are, you can always come back home to unwind with a delicious cocktail or tropical juice, stream your favorite Netflix series and movies, and simply relax.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice apartment in great location.

The unit was neat and clean. Was stocked with supplies more then most vacation rentals. Was nice that they had small supplies to get you started. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Proximity to the beach was great. Beach supplies were great.

Exceptional

Salt therapy goes above and beyond with all extras, from board games to books to a cappuccino/latte maker to the frozen drink maker. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The decor was wonderful and if you had to be stuck inside it would cheer you up. Fantastic location to the beach and within the complex. Will definitely stay again.
