Fine, quiet apartment in the 3rd floor with balcony facing the courtyard, guarantees a relaxing holiday in the middle of the city. Directly on the pedestrian zone Meidlinger Hauptstraße, near Schönbrunn Palace, public transport such as bus, tram and underground in the immediate vicinity.
By public transport you reach the centre of Vienna within 20 minutes or the Schönbrunn castle in 17 minutes.
Shops for daily needs (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, bank, ...) are around the corner.
Price for 2 adults and child under 10 years. More people on request.
By arrival deposit of 200 EUR cash is requested. You will get the money back when leaving the flat and handing over the keys.
Cleaning costs 30,00 EUR cash too (will not be applied when handing over a fully cleaned flat).

Schöne Wohnung perfekt für den Städtetrip
Die An-und Abreise, sowie der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und liefen problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Obwohl die Wohnung recht klein ist wirkte sie ziemlich geräumig und bietet genug Platz für 3 Personen.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr, mit diesem man relativ schnell die Innenstadt erreicht.
Somit rundete die Wohnung unseren Aufenthalt in Wien ab.

We love to spend our vacation in private appartment and decide to offer this possibility to guests in Vienna.
Why they chose this property
The flat is perfectly located, the pedestrian zone is around the corner. To live at Pohlgasse gives the possiblity to spend time in a quiet district without being far away from downtown.
What makes this property unique
Public transport are given (bus, railstation, subway even the airport is easily reachable). Shopping facilities are around the corner, everything is 2 minutes walking distance, pharmacy and bank too.
