We had a great time here! The house fulfilled all our needs and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the downstairs offered extra privacy and the outdoor surroundings were absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, the closeness to Cromers and being able to walk to Circle beach.I definitely want to return next summer with my family.

Perfect place for a nice get away

The house was very nice and spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were nice and it slept 6 people very comfortably. The house was very nice but you wont spend too much time in the house as the back yard was incredible. Very big yard very peaceful and calming. There was a tree swing a fire pit a grill and a nice big table. Overall great place for a nice vacation. 2 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach are all in walking distance. We did not need a car for most of our trip. Highly recommend

Wonderful home and neighborhood.

We stayed here with our parents and teenage sons. This house was perfect for all. The house is clean and spacious, with a nice kitchen and areas for eating and gathering. The basement is a separate, new apartment, which was perfect for giving us a quiet place to hide. The yard is really cool and impeccably-landscaped. The neighborhood is convenient to the market, candy shop, and Circle Beach. The owner responded to me within minutes, though no issues arose during our stay. Two thumbs up!

Pleasant stay!

My family and I stay in the Hamptons late August every year. This is by far the best house we have had at this price point. It was spacious, clean, and had a lovely outdoor area. There were ample towels and the bedding was high quality, which I have found to be overlooked at other properties. The check in process was seamless. I hope to stay here again in the future!
