Home Apartment - 10 Minutes away from Downtown Atlanta!
This is a newly renovated, fully furnished home located just 8 minutes outside of downtown. The 20 freeway entrance is within 5 minutes of the property. In there lower unit, there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bath, spacious living space, laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a kitchenette equipped with a full size fridge, 2 portable stove tops, toaster, air fryer, and toaster oven. There is an outdoor backyard area with seating area. The upper unit is separated by staircase and barn doors so there is exposure to some sound yet the tenant upstairs is only there once a month
