We really enjoyed our stay and the home is beautiful! The master bedroom can get warm because of the windows, but there is a fan in the closet which was nice!

Amazing views of the mountains that you just can't beat. Great spot for a group of friends. The hot tub, sauna and views were spectacular. Responsive host and easy check-in, check-out process. Highly recommend!

Family trip to Breckenridge July 2024

The house was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and had beautiful mountain views. Our four children loved having their own bedrooms AND bathrooms and our dog loved the cooler temps and large backyard to roam!

Annual group ski trip

Each year my friends and our partners sneak away for a ski trip and this was a great house for our group. Not only were the views amazing, the house was spacious that we were able to spread out between the two living rooms. We took full advantage of the hot tub with a view and sauna after long days of skiing. Steve, our host, was quick with response from f we needed something and the house was very clean for our arrival. Would stay here again.

A wonderful snowy time in Breckenridge

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge at Steve's place. The house and the views out the kitchen back windows are absolutely amazing. Steve's house was one of the few that would accomodate my large extended family and I believe we picked the best one. We all had a great time while we were there despite some weather issues and some kiddos getting altitude sickness. The bus system to get into town was a bit of a challenge to navigate (at first) if your looking for public transit options, but ultimately it's just a short drive down to the slopes. The fenced in backyard was great for the kids to play, build snowmen and sled without having to worry too much. We had some issues with some noise from the radiant plumbing, seemed to only affect the light sleepers in the down stairs bedrooms. Also Steve mentioned that he is working on fixing this noise issue soon, so this might have been the last winter this is an issue. Overall I would definitely recommend Steve's place especially for large families looking to all stay under one roof.

Beautiful area, perfect house for our group

We stayed at this home with three of our children and their families. We had ranges of children from eight months up to age 13. We are all to able to let them sleep comfortably and they even had a pack and play and highchair that we were able to use. All the areas were clean. We did have a few minor things that needed to be handled while we were there, but they were all handled well once we recognized there were issues. We were not initially hundred percent sure who to contact so a little more information regarding that kind of issue would be helpful. Otherwise the owner himself came and took care of some of the things. Overall, it worked really well and fit our family situation. It is often hard to find a place with enough queen size beds for multiple couples rather than twin beds or bunkbeds. It also had a good area for our dogs to be contained in the backyard to do their thing.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed here with our family during our wedding weekend. The place is beautiful and has amazing views of Breckenridge! Pool table in the basement made for fun nights, hot tub was great, fireplace was perfect for chilly days! Definitely recommend this place!

We had a great weekend stay at this property. The views are breathtaking! The house was great for our group. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate all our meals here and made use of outdoor grill. Very good communication and easy check in would love to stay again.

Beautiful stay in the mountains

This property was beautiful. Between the views, natural light, and spacious rooms, this house checked off all of the boxes for a mountain home. Ideally located just a few minutes walk from a free bus stop, it also makes traveling to downtown Breckenridge extremely easy. Steve, the property owner, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He definitely helped make our stay a great one.

House was a great location. We did have some issues with cleanliness, but maids were sent back.

Views were great, good location. Only recommend ceiling fans in rooms, it was hot. Also, maids did not take out dirty towels of drawers, glass was on upper and lower decks, there was blood on walls downstairs, and floors had to be recleaned. Other than those minor issues it was great!! Owner was great about addressing issues promptly. Overall it was great.

Amazing Views and Home!

This was an amazing property!!! It had a perfect view of the mountain! The house was extremely clean and we were given a wonderful welcome basket! We loved the hot tub, sitting outside by the fire, enjoying the sauna, and playing pool. The home was HUGE and could fit a few families with children. Also, it was wonderful for our dog who enjoyed the back yard. We will definitely stay here in the future! Also, our host made things extremely easy and he was wonderful!

If you like views and privacy with easy access to in town amenities, then this home has it all. This home has ample space to relax and entertain. All the comforts of a large resort (hot tub, sauna, pool table, bar, large yard for outdoor fun) without having to share them with other guests.

What makes this property unique

This property sits on a massive trail system that's great for skiing in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. It's also located on the bus line so if you ride, hike, or ski to town you can bus back up the hill if you prefer.
