Additional amenities include an oversized heated garage, boot and glove warmers, and ample storage space in the mudroom foyer for all your mountain gear.

Relax on the oversized L-shaped sofa in front of the stone fireplace, enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV with surround sound, or step outside through the multi-slide glass doors onto the deck. Lofted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views of the mountains and Goose Pasture Tarn.

• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King size bed, walk-in closet, private laundry, TV, balcony, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom (Lower level): Queen bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, terrace access, and en-suite bath with X
• Third Bedroom (Lower level): Queen bed, flatscreen TV, private closet, shares a full bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Lower level): Two twin beds, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.

Lower-Level Living Room: Step down the modern staircase into the stylish lower-level living area, featuring a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and a wet bar, perfect for evening cocktails and relaxing with family or friends.

Loft & Roof Terrace: Unwind in the open loft, complete with a comfortable sofa that can double as a sleeping space, a flatscreen TV, and a modern wet bar. Large windows frame stunning views of Mount Baldy, while the adjoining roof terrace invites you to step outside for fresh mountain air and take in the scenery. We welcome reservations up to one year in advance. This home is nonsmoking, not suitable for events, nor for families with very young children or pets.

Alpine Edge provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
