You can walk about 10 min to the beautiful private Litchfield Beach from the condo - just follow the well manicured paths. Or enjoy the onsite tennis courts, indoor pool, Starbucks, Scoops Ice cream shop or other restaurants nearby.

Take the elevator or stairs up to the 2nd floor to this 1 Bedroom condo with an eat in kitchen and granite countertops, a bathroom with tile shower, a cozy living room with a TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Towels and linens are provided.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves. There is a keycode lock on the door so you will get a code to self check-in. This unit is located in the Summerhouse Villas in the Litchfield Resort. There are tennis courts and an indoor pool as well. Spend the day at the beach with restrooms and an outdoor shower for exclusive use of Litchfield Resort guests.

It is best to have a car and there is free parking onsite. Walk or bike to the ocean or other onsite amenities. Make sure to try some of the amazing local restaurants or take a day trip to Myrtle Beach (30 minutes north) or Charleston (1 and 1/2 hours south).

You don't need a Litchfield By the Sea Resort gate pass to get to this condo even though it is considered part of the resort. You can park for free in the lot right in front of the condo. A gate pass is provided if you prefer to drive through the gate to go to the beach.
