Great place, even off-season!
The condo was a great size to sleep all 3 of us (three generations, so no two together in a bed). It was very clean and efficiently sized for our group. The kitchen table was tiny though, so when we wanted to get together with the others in our group staying in a different condo, that got hard.
Being off-season (just after Labor Day), the lazy river was closed off so we didn't get to enjoy that. The pool and playground were open, though, and they were quite clean, well-maintained and inviting. Every day there were friendly people working on the grounds, doing maintenance and yard work, so a lot of attention was paid to the condition of the condo complex.
For the first part of the week there were no laundry facilities in order, so that was a disappointment as that had been a selling point. By Wednesday, though, the washers and dryers on my level were repaired and very convenient.
The only inconvenient part of the stay was the very long and complicated route to the beach. A crude map had been left in the condo thankfully, but the roads and the bikeway curve around and are confusing to follow, with very little signage. A better map of the walking route would have been greatly appreciated. In years past our group rented beach houses in North Litchfield Beach, and no matter how many blocks they were from the ocean it was not as hard to find the beach as it was from this condo!
All that said though, this was a lovely place at the perfect beach and we had a great time.
