Take advantage of miles of world-class skiing 15 mins from house, hiking, and mountain biking trails, raft the waters of the Animas River, explore historic downtown Durango (10 mins from home), or climb aboard the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad for a scenic trip through the breathtaking canyons of the San Juan National Forest. At day's end, retreat back for a BBQ with friends and family with unspoiled mountain views.

The home also offers a 25 acre private hiking park right out the front door as part of the neighborhood.. It is the perfect location for all activities and enjoyment and conveniences including Durango Hot Springs Spa, PJ’s grocery store, Hermosa Grill, Purgatory and downtown Durango.. Are you a golfer? Beautiful home, Conveniently located

This home does not disappoint! Wonderful location, two minutes to Durango Hot Springs and an easy drive to and from Durango in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. The home is spacious but very cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend staying at this Modern Mountain Chateau.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect location between Durango and Purgatory (ski resort). The house was well stocked with all necessities, brand new and very clean. Great master suite separated from the other bedrooms. The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of four and the fenced yard was great for the dog.
