Spectacular Views of Beach and Bay
3 month minimum rental no smoking no pets. We are renting our turnkey condo fully furnished including all utilities. There are beautiful views of the bay, marina and the gulf. Walk to the private beach, chairs on the sand or kayak in the bay. The deck offers stunning views of the bay & marina. This beautiful condo has over $100,000 in upgrades including in unit washer & dryer. Potential tenant must be approved by the condo association.
