Fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and living area. Large screen smart TV, Wifi, washer/dryer, Foosball table, large deck overlooking the lake w/ propane fire table, gas grill, shade awning. Fun and activities every season. Lakeside firepit, horseshoe pits. Two kayaks, canoe, swim dock, aluminum fishing boat w/ electric motor and oars included on site. Nearby activities include golf, fishing and ice fishing, hiking, water sports, alpine skiing, Saratoga race track. Five downhill ski mountains nearby, between 13-55 miles away: Willard, West, Gore, Bromley, Stratton Mountains.

My family had a wonderful time. Hosts were very responsive to needs and the home is very welcoming . Summit is a great little lake, great swimming, fishing, kayaking and padleboarding. The deck is wonderful to enjoy the beuatiful scenery as well.

Beautiful Home

Enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen and large dining table for family gatherings. Loved the deck and retractable awning as it was a hot week to start. Nice loop around the lake for walking and running. Close enough to grocery store and things to do in the area. Owners provided great book with all needed info. Will miss my morning coffee with lake view.

The lake and its surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The house is on the lake and offers excellent views. It was exceptionally clean and cozy, the kitchen was equipped with appliances, housewares, and household supplies, and toiletries and towels were thoughtfully provided. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the fire table, fire pit, games, and boating and swimming. The house was also well-stocked with games and water equipment, including a paddleboard, kayaks, a canoe, and a boat. Accessing the swimming dock required a short boat ride, which was straightforward and convenient. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again. Mary Pat and Jim were excellent hosts.

Lakehouse getaway.

Great waterfront home with everything we could have needed during our stay. Had a blast paddleboarding around the lake and jumping off the swim dock! Large deck out back was a plus for relaxing and soaking up sun. Would definitely return again. Super clean/ organized home and communicating with hosts was very easy. Encountered no issues during our weeks stay.

Wonderful Lakeside Home

My wife and I hosted our two sons, wives and 4 grandkids (9-15) for a memorable long weekend escape. The lake views are spectacular from sunrise to star gazing. And Jim and Mary Pat have furnished, equipped and decorated with comfort and enjoyment in mind for both their own family times and for their guests. Highly recommended for families and multiple couples. We plan to return next year.

Beautiful lake house

Everything was great. The owner was very prompt in responding when we had questions. The property was very clean and they had plenty of towels and sheets and blankets for the bed. The deck was great and had room for everyone. We used the grill on multiple occasions. We used the 2 kayaks and the standup paddleboard often. There was a rowboat to take people out to the swim dock which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lake House with beautiful view of the lake.

We had a fun girlfriend getaway stay at the Lake House. The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and had a well-equipt kitchen. We enjoyed the huge back deck. It was fabulous, for the beautiful view of the lake, having morning coffee with the birds, b-b-qing, relaxing while watching the sunset, and viewing the starry night sky.The house is in a peaceful, quiet community with friendly neighbors. Location was great, we found many things to do outdoors in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding towns. Two things to be aware of: 1-you can't just walk into the lake to swim, use need to take the rowboat out to the swim platform. Lake is clear and lovely once there. 2-inside staircase to the lower level is very narrow and steep. There is an outside entrance down there, where luggage can be brought in.

Great house on a hidden gem of a lake

The house is nicely decorated, very well stocked and extremely clean. The owners put a lot of thought into the needs of their renters, and they were super responsive! The deck is awesome. We used the kayaks, paddle board, rowboat with trolling motor and large float mat every day. The location is fantastic; equally distant between Saratoga Springs and Lake George (like two vacations in one). Two things of note. Steps leading downstairs are steep and narrow, I’d recommend bringing in bags and other large items through the downstairs rear door. Lake has a lot of seaweed along the shoreline, but once you boat past it, the lake is great for swimming. Highly recommend a visit to Wild Hill Maple, amazing maple-based products. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Cozy Home on Beautiful Lake

Charming, comfortable and well-equipped house with a large deck overlooking a beautiful lake. House was recently renovated. Owner is great: responsive and accommodating. Location ideal - midway between Saratoga and Glens Falls. House comes with 2 kayaks, rowboat, canoe, paddle board and large float. Because of heavy growth on perimeter of lake, swimming is only possible by taking a boat to the newly built swim dock, where the water is clear and lovely.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation! Grandparents, 2 sisters & their families (9 in total) plenty of space! We grilled & hung out on the huge porch overlooking the yard & lake. Built fires in the fire pit. Used the paddle boat to get out to the swim dock. Great swimming there, past all the grass. The swim pad was awesome! Jim & Mary Pat were very responsive & easy to work with. They even provided little shampoo, conditioners & soaps. Cute welcome note & basket with local goodies. Town close for pizza, gas & grocery store. Only thing was the downstairs could be a little damp but there is a dehumidifier. The splits & ceiling fans are great. Wonderful family vacation, just what we all needed!

Hidden Gem on Private Lake

Had a great week at the house. Very quiet, private lake with all the amenities that you want for the lake: Kayaks, canoe, aluminum boat with trolling motor, and paddle board. Lake temperature was warm and newly added swim dock was perfect for swimming. As another reviewer mentioned there is a lot of grass in the water but when you get to the swim dock it’s all clear. House had everything that is needed for a comfortable stay and well thought out for needs of the guests. Owners were very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back!
