Waterdance Bldg G, unit 23 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 master bedroom on the main floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and attached bathroom in each bedroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a small playroom.

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.

Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
