A very cozy place to stay! FYI: the unit we stayed in does not have air conditioning. It ended up not being any problem at all, but good to know for a hot day in summer! They did have heat for winter use.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for highlighting how cozy the unit is! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and that the lack of air conditioning was not an issue for you.Our mountain location typically keeps things naturally cool, but your heads-up is incredibly helpful for future summer guests. We appreciate you mentioning the winter heating system as well, ensuring travelers know they will be comfortable here year-round. You are welcome back anytime!

Great hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were super pleased with the communication. The host answered our questions promptly and went above and beyond to help us after we left a very special stuffed animal at the property. The condo was cozy and beautifully decorated and the views from the balcony each morning were amazing! Our kids also loves the heated indoor pool and being able to swim at night. Highly recommend!

Directions to anyplace on this site ( multiple separate building) need to be given to the main front entrance. The instructions we were provided went to the rear of the property which had no signage and less lights. Some of this is on the complex in general, but the safest way to find any unit is to go to the main front side, which in this units case was the first left when entering the complex.

Thank you so much for the detailed review and for highlighting our cleanliness, convenient location, great amenities, and wonderful views! We are very glad you enjoyed those aspects of your stay. However, we are incredibly sorry that you experienced a lack of hot water on your final morning. We understand how frustrating it is to miss a morning shower before checking out and traveling. We have already had our maintenance team inspect the water heater to ensure this was a temporary issue and that it is fully resolved for our next guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a flawless experience next time!
