Smart Home Devices:
Our home comes equipped with a smart digital lock (at front door) and smart thermostat (in the master bedroom, mounted in the corner of the ceiling much like a smoke detector).
The digital lock allows us to provide keyless entry to our guests so they only need their private door code to enter.
The smart thermostat is an energy saver for the air conditioner which helps us to keep the cost of rental affordable by assisting with regulating inefficient use of the air conditioner. It is located in the master bedroom and mounted in the top left corner of the ceiling.

All of our properties are Vrbo compliant properties and we do not condone, allow or use video or audio monitoring devices inside any of our units.
