We were very pleased with the accommodations Quiet neighborhood, well appointed house, fabulous view. The just graciously answered all my many questions. It is close to Providence Canyon

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Property owner FORGOT to provide us entry codes for the property. We were locked out for an hour in 100 degree weather before VRBO was able to “remind” her we were coming. We should have stayed outside because this filthy property has MICE and the droppings are everywhere! Ants in the kitchen completed the disgusting package. Dock is dry, lawn is overgrown, outdoor stairs are questionable - so if you are looking for a boating or fishing weekend, look elsewhere. Housekeeping fee is obviously not used for cleaning and maintenance.
