SUNSET SHORES - WATERFRONT. The perfect place to relax and have fun with friends and family. This tastefully decorated home is located on the Georgia side of Lake Eufaula, about 10 minutes away from downtown Fort Gaines.

The interior of the home features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, which includes comfortable seating for your group, flat screen Smart TV, and direct deck access. The fabulous kitchen has everything needed to prepare at home dinners and features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and dining table for 6. You will find additional seating for 10 with the covered an open deck areas.

First floor accommodations feature two queen bedrooms with flat screen Smart TVs, a full bathroom, plus a laundry area equipped with washer/dryer. The second floor is a designated master suite- including a king bed, master bathroom with shower and jetted tub.

$50/day boat lift rental fee (boat lift only accommodates up to a 20FT tri-tune. Any other boats are prohibited. Remote will be needed to operate)

Wonderful vaca spot right on Lake Eufaula. Home was spacious with beautiful outdoor sitting areas. Google Maps doesn't do a good job of getting you there, but the owner dropped a maps link and we made it with no issues. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The property was amazing! The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful view of the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful. The property was a little difficult to find at first and there was no way to charge our bass boat. However, those are the only complaints we had with the property. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Beautiful Sunset Shores

We enjoyed out stay at Sunset Shores. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching the birds. We brought our boat to enjoy the lake. We were able to park it under the carport and charge the batteries. There is a really nice boat launch right down the road. It was a quick ride to the Island right across from the house. The kids enjoyed the private sand bar while the men were gone fishing. Caught some nice Bream and Catfish right from the boat dock. Would definitely stay here again.
