Simple, comfortable single-family house "Iride". In the hamlet Sos Aranzos 6 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 600 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (14 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 10 km, Porto Rotondo 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 95 m2. Simple and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Heating not available in all rooms.
