Parking was very easy, the code pad for check in gave us some trouble as it stayed lit up for a very short time making keying in the code quite difficult. The bed was very comfy and towels were plentiful and fluffy.

The location of the rental was great for me as it was close to work and close to the interstate for easy accessibility. The amenities were more than sufficient for my 5 day stay. We had everything we needed: A very clean and safe place to stay, comfy queen-size bed, kitchen, parking, and a great location. It was perfect for our needs. I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult.

Great Stay Near UNM Campus

I was staying for just a few nights while speaking at a Conference at UNM. Great little property very clean, comfortable and close to everything. Easy to get to campus and back. Thanks for a great stay.

Fully equipped kitchen for someone who likes to cook with every cooking utensils. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee roasteries. Private driveway, off-street, and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM, and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.
