Seascape 1206 - Pineapple Paradise is on the beachfront with nothing except sand between you and the water! The Seascape Condos Galveston complex is one of the very few truly beachfront condos on Galveston Island. Welcome to the sheer beauty of the gulf of Mexico!

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath Seascape Galveston condo, features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed niche in entry alcove. Total sleeping for 6 people. The balcony offers such relaxing views - you will wish you lived here!

Guests are only steps from the sand, as well as the wonderful amenities this property has to offer including an oceanfront pool and multiple hot tubs, and a wonderful outdoor grilling area. High-speed WIFI provided. The condo offers all appliances. Work and/or a vacation with ease. Your time here will surely be a true getaway to the beach!

SEASCAPE RESORT
Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Some Seacape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to detrmine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Beautiful Location
The location is beautiful. This is one of only a couple properties RIGHT ON THE BEACH. A lot of properties on the island, but most of them are in a congested area and you have to walk across a VERY busy road to get to the beach. This property is on the beach side of the road and it is further West - away from the congestion. We are very happy we stayed here. Our particular unit had a few minor maintenance issues - windows not opening, low water pressure in the kitchen - but we were on the BEACH, baby, so we didn't really care that much.

Weekday Reprieve
Unwinding from the grind of daily life, we found rejuvenation and relaxation at this cute property. Waking up to walk on the beach at sunrise, listening to the waves and the smell of the ocean helped to recalibrate our mental outlook. A weekday getaway was perfect! Not a lot of people around and no loud parties or music to interrupt the solitude and peace. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Family weekend
The unit was it the right size and had everything we needed. The property is a little dated and could use some building cleaning. The pool was nice and the access to the beach was convenient. If the buildings were better cared for and clean it would have been 5 stars. I would suggest updating and adding some amenities like a game room for when it rains and maybe a small necessities store. There is nothing on property and nothing within docent walking distance.
