Great Summer Stay

The place is very spacious and well equiped. The closeness between Winter Park and Lake Granby Lake is ideal for both summer and winter stay. Although we stayed here in the summer, I'd come back in the winter! The club amenities are nice and it's fun for all ages.

Great stay with family

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to cook wonderful meals and eat together with our family of 7. The fireplace made for nice ambiance in the evenings. The location is convenient for skiing at Winter Park. Parking was very convenient, even with multiple cars. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was super helpful and responsive answering questions. The clubhouse had 2 large outdoor hot tubs and large heated swimming pool that our families loved. All 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids) showered and got on pjs there after. Towels and shampoo all there so that was very convenient. Easy to get to Winter Park Resort. FYI the washer/dryer were not in the unit. They are in the clubhouse and cost 3.25 for wash and another 3.25 dry. Bring your own detergent. Otherwise house was well stocked with basics. Thanks for hosting us!

Everything we wanted and more

Our family stayed the first week of August, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. There were more games than I could count for the kids (and adults) to play. The location was perfect and only a short walk from the clubhouse. The owners Paul and Polly were very good about keeping in contact and making sure everything was ok. The only downside was that the pool at the clubhouse was closed the last 2 days we were there, but we still enjoyed the hot tubs. We will definitely be coming back!

Wedding in Fraser at Cherry Ranch

We enjoyed our stay. There is a oversized common area with kitchen, eating area for four with couch, TV and sticker wall! There is also bar seating for four at the kitchen and a two couchs with fireplace and large coffee table filled with games of all kinds. I was able to invite cousins over for game night and able to go to bed when I was tired and didn't hear them.. Very well insulated for sound.. Also a nice deck with a grill, which we didn't get to use but available. The owners were very quick to answer questions. Location is great with grocery store, liquor store, Wendy's right at the bottom of the hill and several places right on route 40. There's even an ACE Hardware which came in handy when the bridal party needed extra things for the reception. You must visit Rocky Mountain National Park, buy a timed to drive through and get to 12,000 ft! The Fraser/Winter Park area has lots of options for fun when you are visiting in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great Fraser Condo for multiple families!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had two families stay here. It was surprisingly spacious. The Master bedroom with king bed was very large, tons of extra sheets, blankets and towels. The condo is very well stocked. The separate game room with table is a perfect extension for the kiddos to hang out away from the adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with great appliances. We love using the Meadowridge pool and hot tubs and this condo is perfectly located across the street, so we could walk right over everyday. Another plus is the check in and check out times, you can’t beat a 12 pm check out time! The only downfall is no laundry, but there is some at the community center. The owners are great to communicate with too. We will be back for future ski trips.

We had a wonderful stay at condo. Lots of games, places to sit and beds. Close to clubhouse which we used everyday. Everything you needed to cook. Small Family Ski Trip

The condo was just what we wanted. It was larger than most that we have stayed, and the owners allowed and encouraged the use and sharing of condiments and spices left by others. That may be weird for some, but is appreciated by our family. The Wii allowed for good distractions as did the wall of stickers (we forgot to bring one to add).

We have lived in Colorado for twenty plus years. We have three kids who have great memories of 'the condo' and 'Winter Park', but are all college age now so their time at our place is minimal. We love to ski and snowboard, and we love our time in the mountains. Its absolutely beautiful, summer or winter, fall or spring. Always something to do, something we haven't seen yet, somewhere to go.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo because of its proximity to year round fun. And the amenities at the clubhouse. Skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter, and biking, hiking, and fishing during the summer. We originally bought this property with another family and the layout of the bedrooms and the extra 'dining room' is perfect for two families.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the larger units in Meadowridge. Two families can easily stay here without feeling crowded, the bunk room is great for kids! Compared to renting two seperate condos, this place is ideal. Please bring a sticker for our unique sticker wall!
