About this property

Charming 3-room apartment in the center

The 70 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful old building from 1900. It was newly built in 2017 and is only a 5-minute walk from the market hall and the cathedral. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, deli, restaurants and various shops. The electrical appliances, furniture, beds, etc. are completely new.

Our house combines the charm of the old (high rooms, large windows ...) with the modern and the comfort of a new apartment. The private courtyard offers you the opportunity to have a drink in peace. We also provide our guests with board games, books, Playstation, TV / DVD ... for bad weather (we hardly ever do ;-)).

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle and large fridge with freezer

This property was excellent for a week’s stay in Narbonne. Located right in the centre, everything was walkable and there were lovely places to eat nearby too. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were very responsive. The apartment was also spacious and well furnished, with the kitchen well equipped.

Wonderful apartment

This jewel of an apartment is located within walking distance of everything you need. The apartment is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook on your own. The hosts are extraordinary, welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Huge living space, great location, wonderful hosts!

I am already hoping to return. Lots of space in the apartment, bright and comfortable. It is on a quiet residential street and even then the bedrooms are at the back. Easy walking distance to everything you need - don’t miss the daily market or the cathedral. The hosts are just wonderful, I really enjoyed chatting with them. Loved it all!

Very nice apartment in a great location

We loved our stay in this great apartment in an ideal location. It is close to great restaurants and shops. Philip was very good at communicating with us. He had lots of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The checkin process was easy and straightforward. We had a car and it was very easy to find street parking. I would definitely stay here again. Narbonne was beautiful! We all had a great time visiting this beautiful town.

Bonne situation pour explorer sans voiture

Nous avons passé une semaine à Narbonne après une semaine à Barcelone et avons apprécié sa tranquillité L’appartement est très bien et la ville intéressante à visiter. On peut aisément prendre le train pour se rendre à Montpellier et Carcassonne La plage de Gruissan se rejoint bien en autobus local

Una casa bonita y cómoda al lado del centro de Narbonna

La casa es amplia y luminosa, llena de detalles que la hacen acogedora. Tiene una buena biblioteca y juegos de mesa para los más pequeños. Céntrica, pero tranquila. Muy recomendable.

Réservation parfaite

Réservation parfaite, les propriétaires sont très facile à joindre et disponibles. Le logement a été entièrement refait avec goût, il est tout équipé même pour les bébés (lit, cuisine enfant, jouets, cap de bain, chaise haute...) Il est bien placé, le stationnement est gratuit et assez facile. Le centre ville est à une rue. La gare est à 900m soit 10m a pieds. Il y a deux ventilateurs. 2 chambres dont une avec terrasse. Douche dans la salle de bain. Seul le seche cheveux n'est pas très puissant. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Große, sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, die zentral (nur 5 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum), aber doch sehr ruhig liegt. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
