The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Generous window fronts make the spacious apartment appear even brighter. From the living room you reach the balcony, from where you have a wonderful view of the island of Vilm and the Greifswalder Bodden. The living room with a cozy seating area can also be used as a sofa bed table, LCD TV and an integrated kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and various kitchen utensils, 1 bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe bathroom with shower / toilet.
The apartments are located on the front of the old port in Lauterbach on Rügen. River cruise ships, boats, yachts and excursion boats ensure interesting and lively shipping. Not to be forgotten are the numerous small fishing trawlers that deliver fresh fish. From here it goes to the island of Vilm and other excursions by boat, train and bus. All stops are in the immediate vicinity. There are various small excursion bars on the pier. There are refreshing swimming spots to the right and left of the harbor within walking distance.
