Great Stay, Close to What We Needed

We chose this property because of its proximity to our destination, the three bedrooms, and the heated pool, all at a reasonable price. The home itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a nice bonus, perfect for the kids or just getting sun. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable.

Beach Villa

We loved staying at this home in Bonita Springs. It is very clean and well appointed. The host, Sigrun is very responsive and pleasant. It is a very short drive to the beach and there are many nice restaurants and stores close by. We can't wait to visit again!

Sunny Florida house

Nice, clean and bright Florida house in a quiet neighborhood that worked well for our family. Must have a car to get to the beaches and shops/restaurants. Nice location between Naples and Ft. Myers.

I’m so sorry that I missed you when we were leaving I was in the backyard digging in the ground somewhere and installing drainage rocks… We would love to see you in the future, please let me know if you’re on the area and you may see our available dates in the calendar on our personal site, Or just send me a message and I will look up what is available., River convert one of our annuals into a vacation rental too, if it’s not far away, in a very quiet neighborhood, community, has Lakeview and looks like the big brother of the house where you have been everything is a size bigger and lovely we just have to install the pool and then we can start with renting out for vacation. We went on our annual girls trip to Bonita Springs. The house had everything we needed for our week stay. Close to the beach and shopping and lots of fun restaurants. This house would work for a family also. Thank you Sigrun!!

Family Stay

This is a great house for a family stay. We spent a few weeks visiting family in the Bonita Springs and Naples area and this was an easy and comfortable home base. Sigrun is super responsive and easy to work with. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. It was too chilly to use the pool about half the time but when we did it was heavenly! We will be back!

Peaceful and Quiet

We spent 2 1/2 weeks here while my daughter was receiving medical treatment. It was calm, peaceful, and extremely quiet, which is what we were needed something. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, and we were very happy with the experience. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a sudden issue with the microwave and everything was taken care of quickly. Thanks for making a stressful visit less challenging.

Great getaway!

Property is great. Lots of space and close to a lot of things. Pool was great to relax in at night even in December. Heater works great! Host was very helpful and informative. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.

We got 33 reviews from people who loved BONITA BEACH VILLA and the safe and lovely neighborhood, which is advertised as quiet and cozy hideaway. You came with 4 wild teenager boys, maybe they would have been better entertained at FMB or Disney resort...sorry, that it didn’t match your expectation. We have lot’s of guests coming every year since we built in 2016, they tell us that they are enjoying the ambiance, safety and privacy of this neighborhood.

Wouldn't change anything only increase time to be there!

We truly loved this villa and the area. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, beautiful beaches, nice outdoor pool area and garden. Lovers Key was amazing and we liked that all we wanted to do was close to go. Sigrun, the owner, responded promptly and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back and tell others about this wonderful place! Wouldn't change anything only increase time to be there!

Bonita Beach Summer Stay

Flew in for a weeks stay in Bonita Springs and stayed at Bonita Beach Villa. The owner, Sigrun, was very friendly and polite, answered any questions we had and made the weeks stay very relaxing! This home was inviting from the time we pulled in the driveway. Home was clean, spacious, and suited our needs perfectly! The patio and pool were great places to relax and cool off each day! Supplies in the garage for the pool or the beach were great to have! Nice neighborhood and quiet for being a family type neighborhood. Not alot of decorating in home but that was ok. This home would supply most people with any needs they would have, whether its adults or families. Thanks again Sigrun for an affordable, relaxing home to share!
