3 Bedroom Villa Oceanside in Hermosa Palms

3 Bedrooms, and a balcony with ocean whitewater view. Very close to the beach and the hermosa palms beach club. Full amenities. Use your access card and slide over to Yoyo's for a delicious lunch, dinner or drinks by the pool. Go surfing, the break is very consistent. The waves are good quite often .Get a massage under the palm trees with the ocean in front of you. The spa provides facials, nails, pedicures and more. Or just lay on the beach and do nothing. This unit is the second floor of this house and is accessed privately through the foyer. The first floor of this house is a 2 bedroom unit and has its own entrance as well. The 3rd floor is a penthouse suite with a view of the ocean and mountains on 3 sides! It’s entrance is through a private staircase on the left side of the house. Great Visit!

This property was great. A few steps to pool and beach. The home was spotless and the layout was perfect for our group. We would definitely come back to the same place when visiting Hermosa.

Amazing location and Beach

This was a great place to stay especially for our first time to Costa Rica. The beach is much less crowded than Jaco but not far from all the action. Tons of things to do within a short drive of the house and Jeff was a great host and gave us some really great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Excited to go back!

Great property and location in small gated community!

Property is as advertised in small gated community with super friendly host and staff at community pool. Hosts are very available, friendly, and happy to help with local info, surf board/bike rental, etc. Stayed for a week on the second level of this house and enjoyed everything. Had a minor A/C issue in one bedroom that was quickly resolved the next morning. Third bedroom (next to exterior stairwell) can be a bit noisy from downstairs unit, so if you’re looking for a totally quiet getaway, the third floor unit may be a better option. If you’re looking for a clean, fun, social, location close to Hermosa and Jaco, right off the beach…. this is the place!

I have been traveling to Costa Rica for many years, and when I found paradise, I simply didn't want to leave. Hermosa Palms is a really special place to live. I love surfing and my backyard has some really good powerful hollow waves. Its consistent and fun. I love good food and there is plenty of that around too. If Jaco is your thing, its not far 10 minutes away. Costa Rica is pura vida. I hope you come and experience it.

Why they chose this property

The house was enhanced in order to share the experience There are basically 4 configurations available. The first floor is a 2 bedroom unit with full amenities and a private pool. The second floor accessed through the foyer is a 3 bedroom unit with full amenities and a balcony with an ocean view. The master bedroom also has an ocean view. We can also combine the first 2 floors as a 5 bedroom house. The third floor is a penthouse suite with its own stairs and entrance on the left side of the house.

Secure, safe, beautiful, family friendly, wholesome oceanside fun and wait until you see the sunsets and beach! The beach club restaurant and spa provides all you need to relax and enjoy your time. I am available to assist you in your stay. I am acquainted with all the tours and adventures, surf spots and knowledge of swell directions, conditions and more for choosing the correct one! Behind my house is a world class break... you don't have to go anywhere, private chefs, restaurants, services, transportation. I can assist in arranging most anything you imagine. I have been in this country for over 15 years.
