This beautiful house is in the village of Casale near Brenzone sul Garda.

This house with a wonderful panorama on the sea, between the olive trees, in the middle of nature, in an enchanted place; was an old barn in 1700 and we completely renovated it inside. We furnished it with rustic furniture and used natural materials such as wood, stone and iron, and we kept the rustic exterior of the house.

The house with the magical atmosphere of the past houses consists of:
- 1. Floor (living room / kitchen): with beautiful wooden beams, fireplace, wood stove, table, an old sideboard, handmade bench, sink and marble stove, coffee machine and toaster.
A wooden spiral staircase leads to the second floor.
- 2nd Floor (bedroom and bathroom) The bedroom has a parquet floor.
In the room there is a double bed made of wrought iron, completely handmade, a single bed, a closet and TV SAT. The rooms are air conditioned.
The bathroom, modern and practical, is new. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

The house, in a panoramic position, between olive trees, can be reached on foot through a small road uphill of about 100 meters.
The day you arrive after you have parked your car, we will accompany you and your luggage directly to your home. The same service is on the day of your departure.
From the house you have a breathtaking 360 ° view of the lake.
From this district you can reach the lake in 10-15 minutes. The village of Castelletto di Brenzone is only a short distance away. Here you will find restaurants, bars, shops, mini markets, banks and a post office.
You can go hiking and walking, and visit the Romanesque churches of Brenzone and the magical village of Campo on foot (about 45 minutes).
