Myers’ pool home at Heritage Cove is sure to be the place to get away from life's energetic pace. Watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on the lanai overseeing a pond. Step outside and in seconds you will be poolside enjoying the refreshing water and watching nature’s beauty of palm trees, birds and vibrant colorful flowers.

Our two bedroom/two bath home is spacious and can sleep up to six. Quiet, private, and modernized, guests have everything they need for their stay. Stay connected with high-speed wireless-internet, which is included.

Our private one-story home is nestled inside of Heritage Cove, a stunning 55 or over HOA community located in south Fort Myers offering a club house, a variety of social activities, a beautiful community pool and Jacuzzi and a pier jutting into a community lake. Fish from the pier or just enjoy the surroundings. Also offered are excellent Bocce Ball, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Tennis enthusiasts will love the clay courts, with bleachers under shade from the sun. Golf and bowling leagues are also offered off site.

Heritage Cove consists of 529 units, comprised of condominiums, villas and single family homes.The area is a beautifully landscaped gated community located close to shopping, restaurants, dinner theaters and performing arts, and convenient to the beaches of Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel.

If you are a beach lover and like to search for unique seashells, take beach walks down miles of silky white sand, or watch dolphins, this is a perfect location! Golf lovers will find many options in the area at one of many public courses; those with a passion for shopping will find several Outlet Malls, which provide many hours of shopping enjoyment! Seeking 90 day or longer rentals during May through mid November. So, whether you choose to relax by the pool, dine out with friends, workout at the fitness center, shop until you drop or enjoy the beauty of Southwest Florida’s sunshine and landscapes we hope that you will stay at our home and enjoy our paradise!

Excellent Property and Location with Superb Amenities

This property is EXCELLENT - do not hesitate to rent. We were here for 5 weeks. Communication by Karen/Tom are prompt and helpful. There are no surprises - the property is exactly as listed but it far exceeded our expectations. Location is close to Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, and Downtown Ft Myers. Complex amenities include clubhouse, pool, (Tu/Th water volleyball cannot be missed!), Tennis, Shuffle Board, Bocce Ball, Sunday Ice-cream. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Home pool is such a treat and back lanai is so welcoming we ate many meals there.
