Each bedroom is spacious, including a walk in closet for primary. 2.5 bathrooms, for plenty of privacy. In-home washer and dryer for your convenience. A peaceful private veranda in backyard with grill. Spacious family dining room, perfect for a large family to enjoy. 3 large flat screen tv's, including your favorite cable channels for entertainment. Family game night? - enjoy a number of board games located in the Livingroom. Linens & towels included. We provide 8 beach chairs, 2 coolers and umbrella for those long days at the beach. Beach cruiser bike available in garage. **Snowbirds and long-term rentals welcome!** This townhome is adjacent to the Health Park Medical Center. Contact for any questions. 90 day minimum

Great location, easy access to Fort Myers Beach and the Hammond Stadium complex. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and craft breweries. The townhome is spacious and well appointed - everything was in perfect order, and Alex stayed in contact with us to assure all was going well. The development is family friendly with a great community pool. We were delighted with our stay.
