Have an awesome Branson vacation in a beautiful golf village with teriffic amenities....indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, hiking trail along Lake Taneycomo, golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing (need license), grilling and so much more!

Late Arrival? No Problem. No stopping elsewhere to pick up keys. You will be given a code in advance, specific to your booking, to enter Grandpa's Getaway when you arrive.

Grandpa's Getaway is a gorgeous condo in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Village. It's the perfect place to stay for your Branson Getaway. Pointe Royale has so many amenities. It's a short walk to the club house for golfing, dining, indoor heated pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and more. The playground, outdoor grills, picnic tables and lake access for fly fishing are close by down Wimbledon Drive.

Branson's attractions are a quick trip from this beautiful, gated community. Enjoy Silver Dollar City, Dolly's Stampede, Branson Belle, Sight and Sound Theater, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Butterfly Palace and Tangler's Outlet for some truly great adventures.

The bar & grill at the club house has wonderful entrees at reasonable prices. We highly recommend eating at Pointe Royale's bar & grill!

Our newly renovated condo has everything you need for a fabulous vacation...new cabinets throughout with quartz countertops. Bedroom one has a private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has new tub with all new tile and fixtures. Each bedroom has blinds and black out curtains. Almost everything is brand new.....the kitchen appliances, tile floors, area rugs, toilets, sinks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, bedding, curtains, patio furniture, 50 gallon water heater and so much more.

For your convenience, we provide Herbal Essence shampoo & conditioner, Dial body soap, hand soap, Cottonelle toilet paper, Bounty paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

Guests have access to the entire condo and community amenities.

Please note, although the condo is on the ground floor, access requires 8 steps downstairs. We do not recommend Grandpa's Getaway for anyone with mobility issues.

Outdoor security cameras have a view of the front door and back patio. They are normally turned off as soon as possible after guests arrive.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash & dry pots and pans and return to the cabinets. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Empty the refrigerator.
Start a load of dirty towels, wash cloths, white floor mat and hand towels plus kitchen wash cloths and towels.
Place amenity cards on the entry table with the “Welcome” book. (Amenity cards can be used at the gate, pool area and workout room at the club house.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We live in Fort Smith, AR and visit Branson often. We bought our first condo, Nonnie's Nest, in Pointe Royale in November 2019. We fell in love with the beauty and serenity of Pointe Royale at first sight. Grandpa's Getaway is our second condo and we fully renovated it in 2022. Our daughter, Renee, will be your guest contact. We aspire to make your vacation everything it should be.

Why they chose this property

Grandpa's getaway is located in Pointe Royale which is a beautiful, gated golf community. It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Branson to enjoy the serene setting, yet close enough to enjoy all of Branson's treasures. Our condo has a private entrance and patio. Parking and laundry are free. There are no hidden charges. Pointe Royale offers a bar and grill with delicious food at a reasonable price. We highly recommend the bar and grill located in the bottom level of the club house. During the summer, the grill opens a fun Tiki bar near the pool with quick food and cold drinks and treats!

What makes this property unique

This property is located down 8 steps and has a panoramic view of the 10th hole. The patio is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening. You can hear the water feature near the 10th hole while enjoying the patio view. It's a great place to experience Branson with resort amenities. The lake is located at the end of Wimbledon Drive with a playground, grills and picnic tables. My family likes to take kayaks down Lake Taneycomo. We hope to learn how to fly fish to catch trout.
