This house was perfect! Exactly as described and more with beautiful views in a nice and quiet neighborhood! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing week away!
All the essentials and then some. Clean house, quiet neighborhood, and overall great stay. Owner is kind and responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this one!
It was a very clean well kept cabin and the river was crystal clear and beautiful! The cabin was also near a lot of really nice hiking destinations I would definitely recommend staying there!
Enjoyed sitting on the dock and back porch listening to the river. So peaceful. Close enough to visit with my son at Harding U but felt more like a vacation on the river.
We found the cabin very cozy and just the perfect place for everything we wanted to do such as fishing, cooking, relaxing and watching tv, driving over to swim at the lake, and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place for those that want to fish or relax or simply have a break from the stressors of everyday life.
Cheers!
This is a very clean and comfortable cabin, and it’s host is responsive and friendly. Although we brought what we needed, the owner has thoughtfully stocked any necessities that may have been forgotten. It has wonderful outdoor areas for gathering, and the inside is beautifully designed with cozy furniture to relax in.
This property is a perfect retreat! We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is a student at Harding. Easy drive to and from campus. Our son enjoyed fishing and our daughter enjoyed a peaceful night away from campus. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed to cook several meals. We will definitely be staying at this beautiful property again!
This place was extremely clean. They had extra ammenities for our stay. The host was amazing and helped guide us through our stay. Literally thought of everything! We went to see the full solar eclipse and even had solar eclipse glasess waiting for us. Amazing host couldn't ask for more. Thank you!
Such a wonderful week! The cabin is lovely and beautifully situated on the river. Karen has thoughtfully provided numerous little touches such as snacks and Keurig cups and even extra toiletries in case you forgot something :) The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need during your stay, which made it easy to cook the trout we caught right off the dock! It was just an amazing experience and we will most definitely be back. Thanks again.
This cabin property was a wonderful spot to get away from the hustle of life for a few nights and catch a few fish.
The Hosts were extremely friendly and receptive to any issues. That was the thing, with the exception of a small snag at check-in, everything else went smooth! And, this was the first VRBO that I have rented who had first aid kits and spare toothbrushes on hand. It’s the small things that set this cabin, and it’s hosts, apart from the others in the area.
So, for my journeys to the Little Red River for trout fishing in the future, this will be my go-to spot first!
We had a great long weekend to stay and play! The cabin was clean and comfortable, and it was the weekend we needed! The cabin included some really thoughtful additions of individual toiletries you might have forgotten, and the pantry staples were much appreciated! We enjoyed sitting on the dock, trying to fish (no luck for us!), putting our feet in the water (it’s super cold, even in July), staying up late laughing and playing board games, and exploring. We spent a day checking out Sandy Beach, Bridal Veil Falls and Collins Creek Cascades, and fishing off the old bridge about 5 minutes toward Pangburn. The host was prompt to reply, flexible on a request I made that she did not have to accommodate and has made this a great place to get away!!
This place is a must stay! So many extras and amenities provided. Huge fire pit with large seating and all of the firewood provided to you during your stay! Not to mention the extra snacks and personal care items also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked even with a keurig and k cups. My wife, mother in law and myself were able to make thanksgiving dinner in the open kitchen/living room (while our 3 small children played throughout) using the dishes/pots/pans etc provided. I honestly didn’t believe the 6 of us could make it with only the one bathroom, but we never had any issues, surprisingly. Most of our time was spent fishing on the spacious dock or around the fire pit. A beautiful escape to nature. The house was very clean and smelled so good. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and seating/sleeping areas. 2 queen beds upstairs 1 down along with huge leather sofas that move electronically. 2 of our kids (6 year old twins) slept on them our entire stay and loved it! Only complaint and I hate to even say this because it’s not even a complaint but a personal preference, was there was no tv in the master bedroom. Again, It’s just a personal preference. My wife and I love to watch tv at the end of the day to wind down after craziness of kiddos all day (typically the office lol). I will add we were so tired by the end of each day we didn’t even care or think about watching tv due to having so many fun activities during the day. We will definitely be back! Karen is a fantastic host who responds very quickly to any question/concern.
We had a special family event. This was so convienent. All the family had a great time. They loved their stay so much they may come back to visit more often. Thank you so much for the good memory
We took a family trip and the stay was wonderful! Everything was so easy. Karen had everything all set up and ready to go.
Our son loved playing outside and my husband enjoyed fishing! Caught two from the dock!
Definitely a great trip!
I will begin with the smell - luxurious! This comfy cabin offers all the basic home amenities plus more. Karen is extremely kind and easy to get in touch with; however, we had zero issues. I highly recommend this cabin for a tranquil getaway.
Our family made some great memories fishing, kayaking, playing games, making S'mores, and lots of laughter! Karen is a joy and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Well stocked kitchen, lots of board games, comfortable beds and the view to the river is lovely. Just book it!
