3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin right on the Little Red River. Stunning views everywhere you look. Huge master with a king bed, a coffee bar, and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds. You can't beat the awesome outdoor living space, which features two levels with plenty of seating and a beautiful outdoor fireplace. Enjoy trout fishing from the Private Dock. Or spend a relaxing day at Greers Ferry Lake, which is located just minutes away. We can't wait to host you at The Reel Life AR!

We had an amazing stay. This is a very nice place that has all the amenities of home. The view from the deck was awesome. The fishing dock was nice too. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing cabin and caught some of the biggest trout ever on the river. The only drawback was out of the owners hands. The dogs next door bark all day.

Beautiful and large cabin

We loved our time in your lovely cabin on the Little Red. The kitchen was well stocked, cabin was large and relaxing, dock was easy to fish from, outdoor fireplace and pac-man upstairs game room was fun! We had a blast. Thank you!!

Christmas on the river

Home was large and very nice with good parking. Location is six minutes to town. Grandchildren caught trout which was main criteria. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. There was no wifi but plenty of other electronics. Breathtaking view of river. Has dock to fish off of, but dock could use a place to clean fish. Quiet area but close to everything.

Family Wedding in Pangburn

My husband, daughter and her family plus my parents whom are in their 80’s stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home. It was decorated so beautiful and the house was so roomy that we stayed here very comfortably. The view and back deck were breathtaking. Great cabin on the river. Lovely sunrise and sunset viewing from the deck. As others stated, well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located to downtown and Lake. We were there to relax and share memories of Heber Springs from many moons ago. Thank you for sharing your home.

Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. There were 5 of us and we had so much room. The tri level deck, patio and dock is perfect to spread out and enjoy. The river view is amazing. This home is stocked with everything you can imagine. I would highly recommend this property for families or friends getting together just like we did. We had a great time everything was as should be nice and clean and homey only bad thing was the 2 generators running all weekend but we knew going into the weekend it probably would be. This was our 2 time here and I think everyone agrees that’s where we will stay next year!! Thank you!!

Great Place

This is really a beautiful home and had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and even had everything to make smores. It also had all the needed appliances for any cooking style. There was plenty of space in the main living area with a very large tv on the wall. This home has a great set-up for enjoying the great outdoors. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which was an added bonus. The loft area upstairs had a nice game area and a great massage chair. We all had a great time!

Wander into stillness and peace

Love the location!! It's off the beaten path but still close to town. The home is absolutely stunning and offers all you need. Very nice, large open floor plan. Dining room table with river view. Large master with river view. Cool loft for the kids with arcade games. Plenty of outdoor seating options and an incredibly outdoor fireplace!! Beautiful dock with seating. 5 stars!!! We highly recommend and will return.

Beautiful river view

Overall house is clean and very comfortable. We had a big problem with the next door neighbors dog barking all day. The rainbow trout were fun to catch with my kiddos and the house had s’mores to enjoy when we arrived. The back porch fireplace and view of the river was our favorite part. There is a Walmart in town and we ate out at night. Great bbq place and a pizza restaurant. We also did the Collin’s Creek trail and the whole family enjoyed that. Upstairs had a massage chair and a pac man game machine. The kids loved that too

Riverside Retreat Perfection

This property is located in a quiet, easy to find area along the Little Red River. The 3 level deck/patio/dock allows plenty of room to enjoy the stunning view, as well as dining outside under the trees. The kitchen is large and contains everything you could need for a family or friends gathering. All the small appliances for creating great food and beverages are included. Several sleeping areas, plus additional options are perfect for a large group. Both the downstairs of the house and the 2nd fireplace level of the patio are easily accessible for those with mobility issues, which is a great plus! Easy check-in and ample parking make this a great property.

Great cabin with everything you need!

From the minute we walked through the door it was evident the property was clean, comfortable and well suited for families; (even better than we remembered; it was not our first trip). Our visit was over Easter weekend and the house was tastefully decorated throughout with an Easter theme. It was great for the grandchildren as well as the rest of the family and it made the cabin feel like home. The listing describes all the great amenities. Our favorites were the open space kitchen and family gathering area with a high ceiling; wood paneling throughout; the large stone fireplace outside with a seating area; and the dock down on the river. Property layout was great and located in a relatively private, rustic area. Can’t say enough. We plan on returning.

Great amenities with “cabin” feel

Unassuming from the outside, this place has everything you could ever want in a full-service house. Best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen for a vacation home in terms of dishes, appliances big and small, plus all the important supplies (including coffee!) to tide you over until you can get your own. Kids went crazy over the Pac-Man arcade and the cute upstairs bedroom. Palatial master with super plush carpet looks out over patio and river. Decorated with a “fishing” theme in a very tasteful way. Private dock had space for two canoes. Water is very cold (brrr) and provides wonderful natural air conditioning.

Tranquility

What a beautiful place! The listing pictures DO NOT do this home justice. The house is much bigger than it looks, so roomy and comfortable. The mattresses are extra firm if that’s your thing. (We personally prefer sleeping on a mattress that feels like a marshmallow). We enjoyed shopping in town, cooking and relaxing in front of a roaring fire on the gorgeous stone patio. The dock was a great place to sit with a glass of wine or to drop a line in the water and reel in a trout. Speaking of wine, the town is dry, so stock up on your way, because the closest place to get beer, wine or liquor is about 30 minutes away! Be sure to spend at least one day at the dam. It’s $5 to get in, and you can fish from the river’s edge, or sit by the waterfall, or just peer down into the crystal clear water from the deck and look at all the fish swimming around. Magical! Last note, bring a hotspot if you don’t have one on your phone to watch Netflix movies or whatever. The owner and the property manager were absolutely wonderful hosts! Anytime we had a question, we just messaged through the listing and they always responded asap! This was a very much needed getaway for us, and even though I had to spend a portion of my time working, the peacefulness, tranquility and serenity of this thoughtfully designed home was incomparable.
