It was the perfect place to stay for a peaceful location. It has luxury, and all the necessities. And easy communication with the property manager whether they’re just checking in to make sure you’re having a good time or for any questions. It was a wonderful time and we’ll be staying again

Great spot for fishing off the dock. Nice, clean space with every amenity you could think of. We had a couple of things we needed to contact the property manager about and the phone number in the email wasn’t correct but they did end up contacting me shortly after.

We really enjoyed our stay and considering staying again. Such a beautiful home, very spacious and anything you needed was available just like home. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio. We thought it was nice that we could sit out there with air conditioning or open the garage doors and still enjoy the view with the enclosed screen.

Beautiful home and location!

Everything was perfect for our stay and the celebration dinner for our daughter’s and her fiancé graduation for our families to meet for the first time! Kitchen was a chef’s dream! Beds were comfortable! River view from sun room with sliding glass wall was delightful! Special touches all through house to make us feel welcome! Close to college and to Heber Springs! Will stay again! One more to graduate from Harding!

This home is amazing. Very clean and well furnished with large comfy king beds and comfy furniture through out. The enclosed porch is great for sitting out in the evening and enjoying watching the river flow by. Will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you

COMFORTABLE RIVER RETREAT

The positives are numerous for this quiet river home. We found the 3 King bedrooms each with en suite baths so convenient for our 3 couples. The kitchen is big and big cooking/serving ready. One indoor living room with plush seating AND an indoor/outdoor porch was perfect for visiting and river watching. The gazebo and the large covered floating deck gave us even more options for hanging out. These folks really blessed us by opening up their well appointed home for our friend reunion. Thank you!!

Great!!!!

Very comfortable home with lots of little extra things such as basket of items in each bath that you forgot to bring inc. bath robes. Plenty of K-cups for the Keurig along with a basket of eating treats. Will be back.

Beautiful Home!

This is an excellent home to relax for a week! Everything we needed was provided and the house was very comfortable. We were able to catch some fish from the dock and enjoyed our week very much.
