This location can't be beat. Built in 1919 serving as the first maternity hospital, the property has been lovingly restored and just renovated into a charming executive rental. Steps from the Deschutes River and Drake Park you are walking distance to downtown, The Box Factory and too many breweries and eateries to count! Unit 4 is upstairs (No elevator) with a bedroom on the lower level and loft bedroom with 1/2 bath up the charming spiral staircase. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed.

Completely private space though there is another apartment on the floor.
