Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you would, please put all used bed linens and bath towels in the laundry room. Don't worry about washing. If you would just leave them in the laundry.
Dishes should be put in the dishwasher before you leave. If you need to wash dishes during your stay, there are DW pods under the sink.
Please make sure the outdoor TV is covered and locked after each use. Return padlock keys to the nail inside the storm door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Neighborhood has noise restrictions. No noise after 9:00 pm
On the event of rain please stand deck cushions on their sides to avoid water accumulation.
Feel free to use the grill out on the deck. Make sure to turn off the propane after use. Also outdoor TV. Keys are inside the storm door, upper left.
