Lovely Oceanfront 4-Bedroom on Private Road

Gorgeous ocean views from almost every window and peaceful privacy at this delightful house about a mile from the center of a charming and historic fishing village about an hour north of Boston. Enjoy your morning coffee from a deck with direct views of the sea and famous Thacher Island with its twin lighthouses. We don't allow pets, parties or children under six. Other than that, you'll have the whole house to yourselves and free parking. No direct access to the rocky shoreline.

We're a family who has owned this property directly on the seashore since 1976. It's a wonderful spot on a rocky waterfront, but we must make it clear that RENTERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY for any injuries on the property, especially walking down to our rocks and doing any activities there such as fishing, snorkeling or kayaking.
