Welcome to the Cozy Hideaway in New Buffalo, Michigan! Location, location, location! This charming cottage is located just 2 blocks to downtown New Buffalo, 1.5 blocks to Beer Church Brewery and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and bars and just a 15 min walk to New Buffalo Beach. With 2BR/2BA and a den with a full size daybed, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this home will accommodate 8 guests. The Cozy Hideaway is perfect for those who enjoy the beach as well as shopping and dining in the quaint town of New Buffalo.

As you enter the home you step into a wonderful 3 season porch area, the perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book or gather around the dining table for a meal. Once inside you are greeted by a spacious living room with a large TV, fireplace and comfy sofas! The open concept floor plan allows you to engage with friends and family while preparing a scrumptious meal or eating at the very large kitchen island. The large skylights in the space allow for an abundance of light to flow through this charming cottage.

The master bedroom is a bright and cheery space with a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and features a queen size bed and is equally as bright and cheery! The second bathroom is located just off of the living room.

There are french doors that separate the main living space from a den that can also serve as a third bedroom. The den is set up with a daybed, TV and sofa.

The spacious back deck is home to a hot tub that seats 6 people, two separate conversation areas and a large dining table with seating for 6. The back yard is a great place to set up a corn hole competition with your friends and family. Alongside the deck, kick back and relax by the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing your adventures of the day.

Wonderful retreat

Great location walking distance from shops/restaurants. A little further walk to the beach (or a quick drive). Quiet wooded street offered the perfect retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay in New Buffalo! The cottage was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main street in town. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch, it was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and read a book. We look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect location. New Buffalo is fun and beautiful, but we spent most our time at the house. Full kitchen, porch area was great for morning coffee time. I highly recommend this rental.

The cottage is convenient located close to everything you need in New Buffalo. Extremely well kept on a quiet street. Our kids just love going for the weekend at "the green house".

Lovely cottage, great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Great location and very well taken care of. It had everything we needed for our long weekend away. We were able to walk to everything in New Buffalo and it was a short drive to several other small towns and beach/hiking areas to explore. Absolutely perfect. We would definitely return!!!

Overall our experience was amazing. A gorgeous house that had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Whether it was playing bags in the front yard, hanging out in the hot tub at night, or sitting around the bonfire while gazing up at the stars we had an amazing experience here!

Mother/daughter getaway

My sisters and I spent a long weekend together with our mom in New Buffalo. The house was well-stocked and very clean. The kitchen had everything you need. We really enjoyed the large open space for hanging out in the living room and the three seasons room. The location was excellent and within walking distance to downtown. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus as the weather got a little chilly. The green house was perfect for our little getaway!

Great Family Beach Vacation

What a wonderful property! Close to everything New Buffalo has to offer but on a quiet street that feels remote. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay, including beach gear and corn hole. The covered porch, back deck, and fire pit provided so many seating areas to enjoy the weather. We would definitely return!
