Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
To help prepare for check-out: (1) Place used dishes in the dishwasher (2) Leave used towels and linens on the floor
(3) Turn off AC/heater, lights and appliances (stove, iron, etc) (4) Double-check for personal items (5) Lock the door and return the keyfob to the lock box.
Please remember to close the lockbox and scramble the numbers. To avoid the $300 fee, please send us a picture of the key and in the lockbox by 11 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Awesome stay

The location was easy to find, check-in was quick, and the location was beautiful. Stayed here for a week with a friend for a conference and it was the perfect location- close to inner harbor and great food! If I'm ever back in Baltimore this would be the place I would stay.

Great property, with views from both bedrooms. The fire escape on one bedroom side was a nice, novel diversion! Just be aware when renting this unit it is on the 4th floor with quite a few stairs between ground and 4th. The location was perfect for us, as we were meeting family at the national aquarium which was only a few blocks/10 minute walk.

Nice stay

The property was spacious enough for us. The bedrooms are a decent size. The chairs in the living room were a little uncomfortable but the futon couch worked nicely. The kitchen and dining room were a good size and had what was needed to cook and eat with. The industrial look of the place was cool. We called it buns and thighs week cause you're definitely walking tons of stairs. The proximity to the inner harbor and the overall esthetics if the apartment made it worth it.

City living!

Cons: The immediate neighborhood is pretty rowdy, but the host did provide earplugs. The unit is a fourth floor walk up, which was a bit challenging with a stroller & infant. There is no ability to dead bolt the door. Pros: The location is easily walkable to the inner harbor and Camden yards. Our host was incredibly accommodating with dropping bags, providing a pack and play for our infant, and helping to answer question’s throughout the trip. The unit was clean, super cute, and well stocked. The entry into the building required a key fob, so that aspect felt secure. The AC works great!!
