The home was very nice. Wonderful location. Just a short walk to the lake. We usually had the lake all to ourselves. The home had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the stay at Cozy Bear. We would absolutely stay here again. There were many spots to hike. We usually vacation at the beach, but visiting the lake and staying at Cozy Bear was a nice change.

Cozy Bear Hideaway

Great location, close to area attractions. Proximity to Georgia shopping and horseback riding was a bonus. Definitely on our repeat list for family getaways.

Excellent Stay

The property fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, the welcome basket was a huge surprise and made us feel like we were coming home. The location, dock and Lake access are perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Place

Celebrated our 9th anniversary at Cozy Bear. It was such a beautiful place to get away and relax. The house was amazing and the owners did an awesome job welcoming us.

Beautiful lake cabin. Within a 1 1/2 hour drive to Chattanooga. Only downside is the door lock was difficult to lock and unlock. We thought the door was locked until we came back and it was not, made us feel uneasy.

Family Trip

Perfect little vacay with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed everything! The kitchen was equipped with pretty much any tool needed to cook. The boys loved the pool table and we enjoyed the screened in porch!
