After you reported these concerns, our team did go out to the property that same day to complete a re-cleaning. We’re very sorry, however, that you were not notified that our team had arrived and that you were not aware the cleaning had been completed. We understand how this could have left you feeling that your concerns had not been addressed. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We will be reviewing this with our team to help ensure that concerns are communicated more clearly and that our guests know when requested services have been completed.
