I really enjoyed staying at this house. Ease of check in, cleanliness, location, all were outstanding. The house is about 20 min. from downtown Charleston and 30 minutes from Folly Beach. This really worked for us. Very happy with our stay, highly recommend this house in the future.
We had a great stay. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The best were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were well stocked. The shower had nice water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and toys that were in the garage.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations and that the lighting was disappointing. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will review both the photos and lighting in the home to ensure the listing more accurately reflects the space.
The property is in a very convenient location to everything in Charleston. Nice and quiet neighborhood tucked away just enough but close enough to everything. Beds were comfortable and clean . Shower had great pressure. All and all it was a nice place to stay !
We love the Park Circle area. The location was perfect to walk to all the restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The house was clean and spacious and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again! (In fact I tried but it was already booked!)

Property was clean, comfortable and chic. Very spacious. Close to shopping and dining. The backyard patio and firepit area was enjoyable in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Absolutely loved this property. Was central to downtown and other places to visit. It was clean and well kept. Had everything that we needed there. Communication was great. Would definitely book again.
Easily accessible. Nice neighborhood. The host was always timely on responding and answering questions. Super clean and made us feel like we were at home. It had everything we needed to cook, utensils, pots/pans, etc, and a nice fenced in back yard.definitely would recommend to everyone!

We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, Jennifer! We'd love to host you again.
My adult daughters and I stayed here to attend the HighWater fest. Quick ride share to the fest, and a walk back after the fest was over. About 2miles, but easier than trying to park there!
The house was clean, bedding comfy, and worked out great for us!
Nice place, good space…it was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see/go: Downtown Charleston, Folly beach, plantations, and being near Circle Park was nice. The junction was a great breakfast place & our waitress was so helpful with suggestions on things to do! washer & dryer are in garage so you have to take everything outside to garage, not connected to the house.Well stocked kitchen & the house was clean. It is listed as no pets, but maybe owners had a dog there bc there were bowls & dog poop in the back yard. Again house was very clean bc it didn’t bother anyone’s allergies.

The home is located in a nice area and is decorated nicely. The host is responsive. The home could have been cleaner. There is an extensive checkout list although guest pay an upfront cleaning fee. Although the home has three TVs only one tv was operating properly.

Thank you Taniua. We will revisit our checkout instructions and try to simplify it for future guest. We will checkout the TVs as we haven't received that complaint before. Thank you for bring it to our attention.
The property was only 7 minutes from the beautiful riverfront park. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a lovely meal. I love the backyard! There's a beautiful old Angel oak on the property. The book in the kitchen is special and life changing! I ordered my very own copy! There's tons of good options within a 4 minute drive. We enjoyed being near park circle. The beach is only a 20 minute drive. The piano is absolutely amazing! The only issue we had was the freezer did not freeze our items so our stuff melted but I am thankful for the owners allowing us to stay in their space. 10/10 recommend

Not for me
We checked in at 8:30pm. There were no lights on outside or inside so we were using our phone flashlights to get around. As soon as we entered, we smelled the mustiness. I found a lamp at the inside table, it was very dim, which we found all of the lights in the house except for the kitchen were. Never used the area with the table and benches so I cannot say how the lighting is in there. I went around & turned all the lights I could find on. It was so very dark that I had to pull up the photos of the house to make sure we were at the correct property that I booked. It was but didn’t look like the light & bright house in the photos from the listing. The kitchen was nice & modern, the water pressure in the shower was great. The beds swallowed us up & were extremely soft. There is no support. The house is very convenient to the highway & local restaurants. The lock on the door needed batteries the second day we were there which made it inoperable & it took a phone call after 2 messages to solve the problem. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to get a message back from the host after I said I was needing to leave but couldn’t lock the door. Overall we didn’t love this property. It was over priced for what we got & the photos should be authentic and not brightened up for aesthetic appeal. I love an old house, just not when I don’t know that’s what I have paid for. We checked out well before the 10am deadline, took trash out, loaded the DW & stripped beds
Attractive neighborhood house with thoughtful amenities
The house was stocked with everything you need for a multiday stay, and then some. We enjoyed the central location, and comfortable space which boasted a musical theme. There is capable kitchen with two seat table and a separate dining area with bench seats that would be very fun for a small group to hang out and play games. The living room, bedrooms and bathroom were very comfortable, and had everything we needed for the multi-day stay. Parking in the front could accommodate two cars and possibly one on the road. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the hip local scene, and also just minutes away drive from excellent local breweries including Holy City, and Edmond's Oast. We enjoyed walks/jogs in the morning in the nearby parks which included a frisbee golf course.
The homeowners are Paul and Christian. They are two fiends that have lived in Charleston for 12+ years. They met while working at Trader Joe's in Mount Pleasant (15 miles away), and have been close friends ever since. They both have a deep appreciation for all genres of music and spend most of their free time seeing live shows around town and all over the country. One of the most popular places to see music in Charleston is a cool new place tucked in a downtown neighborhood, called Tobin's Market. Both Christian and Paul helped open the venue - Christian managing development and renovations, Paul coordinating the live music and helping manage the restaurant. If you are visiting downtown make sure you make a stop at Tobin's Market to say hey and see some live music. This town has so many incredible musicians, don't miss out!!
