This fully-remodeled home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Sarasota is comfy and relaxing. With three bedrooms and a large living room, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The home has a large fenced backyard, perfect for the kids to play in while you watch them from the kitchen window. There is a grill on the back porch as well. The home is just across the street from the Legacy Trail, giving a great outlet for a jog and a playground for the kids. It's an easy 10 minute drive to either Siesta Key Beach or Downtown Sarasota. Come be our guests and enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer.

Great house next to Legacy Trail
The house was immaculate, classy, spacious. We all really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the back porch for meals, the close proximity to the Legacy Trail, and how simple but quality it was furnished and laid out. Loved our stay and would stay again! Thanks!
