Why they chose this property
Plenty of room and super close to the Thibaut boat ramp on Truman Lake! There is also a beach to swim.
What makes this property unique
Put your boat in on the best ramp on Truman Lake! It is wide enough and lake could never be to shallow or deep. There could be a few in line depending on when you before getting in line or having to have issues on the ramp. Park the trailer and boat driver can come back to the dock or a set of steps in the no wake cove to get you. When you put the boat in you are in the little tebo arm. So to the left you are heading to Sterrett Creek Marina. If you go straight to the cut thru you are on the Grand/Osage Arm, so look to the left is Truman Dam want to head down the osage to Osage Bluff Marina and KK Island. Or straight across the channel is State Park Marina and to the right down the Grand you are headed to Clear Creek and hang a left and Long Shoal Marina is close too! Each marina has a board of water temp. where and how deep they are catching crappie, catfish, walleye, Largemouth, smallmouth bass, white bass, Hybrid Strypers and more. After a day on the water, no need to tie down boat because that is how close we are! I usually put the boat on trailer, hook it and just stay in the boat back here!
Be sure to go check out the hatchery which is very close by car. Go to one of our restaurants in the are. Lots and lots to do!! Have a wonderful time!
