I must say that this townhouse had lots to be desired. It’s quite evident that the current owners are doing the bare minimum to keep this place up to what someone would expect in a rental. Some fresh paint would go a long way! Also after finding we had no access to the pool or the barbecue (although other VRBO renters, in other townhouses did), it was evident that the current owners didn’t want to pay the community fee for VRBO renters to use it. And don’t even get me started on the large cockroach and other large bugs that showed up out of no where, in the main tv room. Also I cleaned the small deck as it was so dirty wth a bucket of garbage sitting by it, for some reason. And to top it all off, the sheets in the master bedroom were stained and we had to have someone drop off new ones. Also there was no facecloths or dish towels. I was shocked when I went to do the dishes and there were two ankle socks (yes you read that right), with the dish detergent, with hair on them, to do the dishes. So we asked for some to be dropped off too. And when someone says they will leave basic toiletries, they need to do that! I guess the small bottle of shampoo/cond. was great for a one time use, so there’s that! But to leave all the shampoo, soap, body wash etc from previous renters, is disgusting! And the dishwasher had sea shells and twigs in it and didn’t smell good. Anyways, ended up not staying for the full time we had paid for. The owners were made of this. .
